Returns & Refunds
Every PBox piece is handcrafted to order and inspected before it ships. Because each item is made specifically for you, we accept returns only for products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, and we do not offer exchanges.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Here’s how:
- Email us at primeboxart.info@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference.
- Include clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error.
- We’ll review and reply with the next steps — including a prepaid return label if the item needs to come back to us.
- Once confirmed, we send a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is on us. For any defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we provide a prepaid return label (or arrange a courier pickup) — you never pay to send it back.
No exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective, we will replace it with the same product or issue a refund — your choice.
No change-of-mind returns. Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please review your selection (product, colour, and options) carefully before ordering.
Refunds. Refunds apply only to approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items and are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve the claim), refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
